10 Weeks to Production: The MICA Agent Workshop
A 10-week workshop with MICA students building production-grade agents. Not demos, not toys. Students choose the use case. I guide the strategic architecture. The output: real systems that solve real problems.
The AI education market is flooded with tutorials that produce demos. Cool-looking agents that fall apart under real-world conditions. Toys, not tools.
This workshop exists to break that pattern. I'm working with a cohort of 10 MICA students over 10 weeks, and the mandate is simple: build a production-grade agent that solves a real problem.
Students pick the use case. Something they actually care about. My job is to guide them through Strategic Architecture principles: defining the business logic first, designing governance frameworks, building systems that are auditable and robust.
The goal is to produce agents grounded in strategic rigor that solve real problems, not party tricks that look cool in a demo.
This is pedagogy through practice. By the end, students will have built one that actually does.
